Event Details

XDS 2018 will take place September 5 – 7, 2018.

XDS 2018 takes place in Vancouver, British Columbia at the Parq Vancouver (39 Smithe St, Vancouver, BC V6B 0R3).

We secured preferred rates of only $229CAD/night at the Parq Vancouver hotel on a first come, first serve basis.

You may pick up your badge at registration desks onsite – full details of when and where you can pick up your badge will be provided to attendees closer to the event.

The XDS Advisory Committee is made up of industry leaders who are interested in supporting cooperative advancement of external development within the games (and entertainment) industry. These professionals volunteer their time to ensure the program is excellent in content and educational value.

Attendees include a concentrated group of game developers, vendors, middleware providers and trade organizations representing over 38 countries. Find out more about who attends here.

Yes, XDS has a mobile application that allows you to view detailed event program with session descriptions, view attendee lists, get location information, and much more! Login instructions will be made available to registered attendees closer to the event date.
