Since 1998, Max has managed game development & service teams, releasing critically acclaimed titles across PC/Consoles, Mobile, and Online/Web for UBISOFT, DICE, Radical Entertainment, Disney Online, WB Games, and Eidos Montreal. At Eidos Montreal, he was Senior Producer on Rise of the Tomb Raider and led the development of Shadow of the Tomb Raider through Pre-Production prior to moving to his current role: Director of Production Operations. At the start of 2018, Max stepped in to oversee the co-development of Challenge Tombs between Eidos Montreal and their partner Virtuos Shanghai for Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
