Robyn Foerster

Head of Operations


Robyn started her first business at the age of 21, as a software programmer and consultant in the early days of industrial automation. After 10+ years traveling the world, and working in a range of industrial facilities, she transitioned to technical project management in engineering and then software. Eventually this led Robyn to the video game industry, and Electronic Arts, where she found her niche as a Development Director.

Over the last 15 years, Robyn has held increasingly senior roles in the video game industry, including a 6 year stint as General Manager at Capcom Vancouver (originally Blue Castle Games). She has led multiple teams, of hundreds of people, working on major franchises such as SSX, NBA Street, BIGS and Dead Rising, Robyn is back at Electronic Arts, as Head of Operations for BioWare, where she plays an integral role in the success of development projects including a new IP, Anthem, and Star Wars The Old Republic. A life time learner, she has continued to grow her skills in technology, project management, leadership, and operations.
