Grayson Chalmers



Grayson has been in games for the last 16 years with a background as a 3D artist, a character animator, a producer, and then moving into outsourcing management to help build high quality, scalable external development pipelines.

He has worked on titles ranging from DC Universe Online while at SOE, Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel at EA. Then running the outsource pipeline for Overwatch and Starcraft: Remastered while at Blizzard Entertainment, to supporting League of Legends and several R&D projects while at Riot Games working as the Art Outsource Director for the studio, and then managing the art outsourcing pipeline on Fortnite at Epic Games.

He now works as an Outsource Management Consultant helping both publishers and service providers improve their external development process.
