We’re excited to offer you the chance to take the lead and host your own XDS Sanctioned Event! While we love planning events, there’s only so much we can do ourselves—so now it’s your turn! Whether you’re dreaming of an intimate, invite-only dinner or a lively “the more, the merrier” celebration, we have two fantastic tiers of Sanctioned Events for you to choose from.

Our Level 1 Sanctioned Event is perfect for those who want to host an exclusive, invitation-only gathering. As a Level 1 host, you’ll have the rights to use the XDS trademark and proudly call your event an official XDS Sanctioned Event for 2025.

If you’re looking to take it up a notch, our Level 2 Sanctioned Event is for you! We’ll help promote your event through our official XDS programming, but it’ll be up to you to feature a specific activity (like “It’s 6 O’Clock Somewhere,” “Gaming Hour,” or “Industry Chat”) that we can spotlight in the schedule. This is a great way to draw attendees in and make your event a must-see part of the XDS experience. Please note, Level 2 events must be open to all XDS attendees to ensure inclusivity.

All Sanctioned Events must be submitted for approval by the XDS Event Team. We can’t wait to see what you create!

LEVEL 1

• * Includes use of XDS Trademark for an XDS Sanctioned Event
• * Does not grant access to XDS Connect
• * Does not include an XDS Ticket Bank
• * Event organizers must submit event details to the XDS Event Team for final approval (ex. Naming, logistics, etc) as this event will directly reflect the event organizers
• * Will include the XDS graphic package to use for onsite signage for cohesiveness
• * Does not guarantee exclusivity of the time slot.

LEVEL 2

• * Includes use of XDS Trademark for an XDS Sanctioned Event
• * Promotion in the XDS Online Program*
• * Promotion on XDS Connect Program*
• * Promotion on the XDS Printed Program*
• * Does not grant access to XDS Connect
• * Does not include an XDS Ticket Bank
• * Event organizers must submit event details to the XDS Event Team for final approval (ex. naming, logistics, etc) as this event will directly reflect the event organizers
• * Will include the XDS graphic package to use for onsite signage for cohesiveness
• * Does not guarantee exclusivity of the time slot.

*Please note: If your event is to be included in the official XDS program it must be open to all attendees. It cannot be an exclusive invite-only event.
