Free to use, the AFK Room welcomes anyone who needs a break from networking, presentations, and high-energy discussions. It promotes mental well-being by normalizing rest and emotional support in professional development spaces.

The room will be staffed with 2 trained mental health volunteers from Tuesday until Friday.
