As part of their research, Deloitte, one of the world’s largest global consulting firms, recognized cultural intelligence (CQ) as one of the Signature Six Traits of the inclusive leader. CQ is the ability to work effectively across cultures and is core to Inclusive Leadership, giving leaders the skills and confidence to lead diverse teams. We can’t get much more diverse than the games industry, so let’s start talking about it!
