Individuals on teams are not always proactive when it comes to signing up for peer mentoring programs or opportunities. How do we increase mentoring opportunities for team members and create a circle of mentoring? In this table-topic a flexible template of approaches to mentoring will first be presented. In the second half a discussion will be facilitated in order to gather and share specific approaches to mentoring that have worked for you and your teams. Ideas will be captured via Miro and shared.
