For outsourcing partners, it may be even worse as it’s easy for buyers to apply pressure on outsourcing teams: retention may not be their first concern, and they also pay a premium price to get things done.
It is, however, a mistake for buyers not to take care of their partners, but an even bigger mistake for outsourcing studios not to put their teams’ happiness at the top of their priorities.
