In this Table-Topic we will explore, refine, and build upon our findings from our panel at Ignite. What are the essential soft skills and tools, training networks, and possible actions that will enable us to collectively answer the question of: “What could an XDS Mentorship Program offer?”

In this Table-Topic we will briefly review our Ignite session findings and expand upon and refine our identified blockers & solutions. During the later half we will explore, add, and discuss some of the call-to-action ideas that came up. Our hope is that by refining these ideas we leave the session with a foundation to enable a vision for what the XDS Mentorship Program can become.
