Alexandra is a co-founder and business developer at FUGU Visuals, a boutique character and monster art studio. She has spent years in external development, working in communications and operations at TRACE and Entangled. She knows what it takes to make an outsource studio solid on the inside and visible on the outside. Before game development, she produced industry media, webinars, and conferences. With all that, her goal is simple: to make external development a more connected and transparent space — one that’s worth talking about, working in, and being proud of.
