Annelie Fors is Head of Operations at 31st Union, a 2K studio with teams in San Mateo and Valencia. Before that, she helped build Respawn Entertainment’s external development group from the ground up, later serving as Director of Strategy Operations. Across 10+ years in the industry, she has focused on the infrastructure creative work depends on: durable partner relationships, processes that scale, and teams that feel supported.
