Helen is the Head of Voiceover and Performance Capture at PitStop Productions, a multi-award-winning audio services provider, leading a team of 25+ specialists. A Women in Games Ambassador and finalist for ‘Excellence in External Development’ at the MCV Women in Games Awards 2025, she is passionate about diversity, representation, and creating pathways into the industry for the next generation. Having navigated much of her career in male-dominated environments, Helen brings both lived experience and practical leadership insight to conversations about building a more inclusive games industry. She also supports grassroots outreach, delivering talks to students and aspiring developers about careers in the industry.
