Cancellation Policy
Super Early Bird Developer Passes:
Cancellations and a full refund will be provided up until April 1, 2026. After this date, cancellations or refunds will not be offered for this ticket category. Transfer of registration to another individual is not permitted after August 17, 2026.

Right to Reject or Terminate XDS 2026 Registration
The XDS Advisory Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any registrations for XDS 2026 and its related events or offerings, at its sole discretion. The Committee further reserves the right to terminate any previously accepted registrations and return any registration fees paid, at any time and for any reason.
