Venue & Hotels

As XDS continues to grow, so does our need for a venue that inspires creativity, collaboration, and community. Starting in 2026, we’re thrilled to call the Vancouver Convention Centre (VCC) our new home.
Nestled on Vancouver’s stunning waterfront, the VCC offers over 466,500 sq. ft. of flexible event space with breathtaking views of the harbour and mountains. Hosting more than 500 events annually, it’s recognized as one of the world’s premier convention centres.
Why VCC is the perfect fit for XDS:

• Downtown Convenience – Just steps away from Canada Place, the Waterfront transit hub, and a vibrant mix of dining and entertainment.
• Sustainability Leader – The world’s first double LEED® Platinum-certified convention centre, featuring a six-acre living roof, seawater heating and cooling, on-site water treatment, and a restored marine habitat.
• World-Class Amenities – Flexible meeting spaces, cutting-edge technology, and catering that emphasizes fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients.

Join us at XDS 2026, where this world-class setting will elevate every aspect of your conference experience.

We’ve secured special event rates at two exceptional hotels, both just steps away from the Vancouver Convention Centre. These exclusive rates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Book early to secure your room right where the real conversations happen.
