Leah Hoyer is the founder and CEO of Level Headed Games, where she and the team are setting a new bar for cooperative online video games. Prior to her new venture, Ms. Hoyer was GM and Vice President of Creative for Wizards of the Coast’s New IP Studio. She has developed and produced television series, video games, and interactive experiences for some of the world’s most beloved entertainment companies (Disney, Xbox, Telltale Games, Bungie) for over twenty years.

Ms. Hoyer is a recognized expert in interactive storytelling and franchise development across various media. She has worked with various governments and regional agencies (Argentina, China, Malaysia, Australia) to expand video game and digital media industries, and to transition from service providers to IP creators and owners.
