Sloane has spent her entire ‘adult’ life working in video games. With a passion for creature design and a dual degree in communications and fine art, she started in business development for external dev studios straight out of college. After moving from 2D and 3D production, to high-end cinematics, to blockchain games and then 4 years at PlayStation, she has finally landed at Layer – a powerful team specializing in gameplay capture trailers, post-production and creative direction. Having seen the industry from both sides of the table, she is excited to share what she’s learned at XDS this year!
