For more than a decade Ubisoft Singapore has been a key partner of the Assassin’s Creed franchise. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was not just another co-development project: a new approach to the Co-development organization, a reinforced Asian studios collaboration and a fresh take on the brand made this journey special. Together with our Ubisoft Montreal Co-Development team we would like to take you through this journey, our co-development best practices, challenges and how did we overcome them to deliver the largest Assassins’ Creed mandate ever produced by Ubisoft Singapore. Both studios will unite again for this presentation, with speakers from both Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft Singapore. Direct ties to external development will be addressed in finding alignment in game vision and direction, and properly managing scope.
