We are ecstatic to announce that XDS celebrates its fourth consecutively sold out event! Since its inception in 2013, the External Development Summit (XDS) has grown into an event with over 650 attendees, with consistent growth year over year. We are also excited to see a nearly 50/50 split between Developers/Publishers and Service Providers from over 45 countries.
XDS 2019 showcases 44 sponsors and exhibitors including Presenting Sponsors, Glass Egg Digital Media, Keywords Studios and Virtuos Games. Of the 30 high-caliber speakers, some notables include, Joe Nickolls, VP and GM of Maxis, Andrew Brown, CMO of Keywords Studios and Gilles Langourieux, CEO of Virtuos Games.
Organizers are working full steam ahead as XDS week comes closer, with Advisory Committee Chair, Chris Wren stating,

XDS is the only annual, international video games industry event with a primary focus on external development for art, animation, audio, co-development, QA and localization. A professionals only event, XDS brings together a niche community of game developers and publishers, vendors, middleware providers, and trade organizations to advance the industry through collaboration, sharing of best practices, networking and the delivery of a high-caliber, educational program.
